On April 25th and 26th 2018 the 2nd congress of acoustics of Catalonia will take place in Tarrasa (Barcelona). The chosen venue to host this event is the Museu de la Ciència i la Tècnica de Catalunya.

The technical team of dBcover will be present, showing dBcover’s latest developments. You can find us in the exhibition room of technical products and services that will be located in the Àgora hall (floor -1), where all the sponsors will be present.

At the ACUSTI.CAT 2018 conference a series of challenges and doubts of different topics in the field of acoustics will be addressed. Several experts in the field will participate to provide solutions and answers. In this young but interesting event of the sector, specialized professionals in the field of acoustics meet to discuss issues of insulation, acoustic conditioning, vibrations and environmental acoustics among others.

On this occasion, we present as a novelty the only insulating base for ceramics, dBimpact Ceracoustic 3.0. It is a resilient cushioning base of elastic polymer and minerals with a double geotextile layer. This solution makes it possible to uncouple the ceramic floor from the slab, achieving a significant reduction in impact noise (ΔLw = 14 dB), without the need for screed.
